REGISTRATION: All SNAPA members will be required to register online via SNAPA's online registration system. Please see the below information for registration fees and be sure to register before June 15th to secure early-bird pricing! Online regular registration will close July 15, 2024.
Note: This registration is not intended for vendor partners. Vendor Partners - please see information below.
HOTEL INFORMATION: Kalahari Resorts and Conventions - SNAPA has reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $213/night, plus applicable taxes and fees. All attendees should make hotel reservations directly through the hotel's website. A link will be sent upon registration.
**Please note that the discounted guestroom cut-off date is July 7, 2024 or when the room block is full. After this, the hotel may not be able to honor the discounted room rate.

SNAPA Business and Industry partners are invited to participate in this year's Annual Conference!
Registration: All Business and Industry Partners will be required to register through SNAPA's online registration system by July 15, 2024. Please note that SNAPA will be utilizing a new registration system for this year's conference. To register, partners should click HERE.

Please Note: SNAPA’s policy is to allow only current, fully paid Business & Industry Partners to participate in the Pennsylvania School Nutrition Industry Expo Food & Equipment Show. No exceptions. Diamond Partners receive two full booths, Platinum and Gold Partners receive a complimentary booth. Silver Partners receive a Half Booth. Bronze Partners may participate as an exhibitor providing a broker or another company purchases the booth on your behalf. All exhibitors in a booth must be at least a Bronze Partner and all products represented must be from a Business & Industry Partner.

Booth Selection: Booth selection will open for registered B&I Partners starting May 31, 2024, for Presenting, Diamond, and Platinum Partners and June 5, 2024 for all other partners. SNAPA will send registered partners a link to do so via email.
